Fostering an Engaging Culture
One of the ways we continue to make Gas South a great place to work is through our voluntary, employee-led employee resource groups (ERGs). Our ERGs are open to all employees, and provide space for both celebration and education. Learn more about them below.
The League
The League serves as governance support for our ERGs, providing policy and procedural guidance that strengthens the programs. The League helps us create a positive culture through a celebration of our differences.
Women’s Networking Circle (WNC)
As our oldest ERG, Gas South’s WNC endeavors to build an inclusive community that creates awareness of women’s topics and issues in the workplace, while also providing helpful resources and support.
Black Employee Support Team (BEST)
Open to all employees, the mission of our BEST team is to provide a space where Black employees and their allies can unite and support each other on projects and ideas that help everyone reach their highest potential.
Young Professionals (YP)
Focused on creating a fun, supportive community for employees 35 and younger, our Young Professionals Group builds opportunities for mentoring and interdepartmental networking by getting together in person with purpose.
Wellness Committee
Our wellness committee focuses on providing fun, accessible opportunities for employees to get active, stay healthy, and connect through fitness.
